Day 3- Abdomen and Face (8CE hours)
Class: Abdomen 4 hours

Class Outline: The Abdomen Course dives deeper into cupping applications for the stomach and abdomen. This class reviews the anatomy, lymphatic, and digestive pathways of the body. You will learn application, techniques, common conditions, and contraindications for cupping the stomach and abdomen specifically. Students will perform hands-on applications for digestive movement and dysfunctions.
Class Agenda
9 am- 10 pm Discussion: Benefits, contraindications, and techniques specific to the abdomen. Review of the digestive and lymph pathways in the abdomen.
10 am-10:10 am BREAK
10:10 am-11:20 am Hands-on Application for: abdominal discomfort, small and large intestine dysfunction, digestive support, and lymphatic movement
11:20 am-11:40 am BREAK
11:40 am-12:50 pm Hands-on Bodywork: Students switch table time and repeat the applications taught
12:50 pm-1 pm Wrap-up, clean-up, review, and answer questions
1-2 pm Break for Lunch
Class: Face 4 hours

Class Outline: The Face Course dives deeper into cupping applications of the face. This class reviews the anatomy and lymphatic pathways for the head, neck, and face. You will learn application, techniques, common conditions, and contraindications for cupping the face specifically. Students will perform hands-on applications for sinus pressure, TMJ dysfunction, and lymphatic drainage. A great class for Estheticians.
Class Agenda
2-3 pm Discussion: Benefits, contraindications, and techniques specific to the face. Review of lymph pathways for the head and neck.
3-3:10 pm BREAK
3:10-4:20 pm Hands-on Application: sinus pressure, jaw discomfort, and lymphatic movement
4:20-4:40 pm BREAK
4:40-5:50 pm Hands-on Bodywork: Students switch table time and repeat the applications taught.
5:50-6 pm Wrap-up and Questions. Class Evaluation sheet
