Day 1- Cupping Foundations (8CE hours)
Class: Foundations 8 hours
Class Outline: In this class, students learn the basics and foundations of cupping. This class discusses the theories of negative pressure and how cupping affects different body systems, as well as the benefits, contraindications, and precautions for cupping as bodywork. Students practice hands-on application of cups, working with various pressure levels and techniques, creating bodywork sessions with the cups.

10:30-10:45 am BREAK
10:45-11:45 am Hands-on Bodywork: Demo with application of techniques and pressure adjustment to the body
11:45 am-12 pm BREAK
12-1 pm Hands-on Bodywork: Students switch table time and repeat the applications taught before break
1-2 pm Break for Lunch
2-2:20 pm Class check in, go over outline for the afternoon, review application techniques
2:20-3:40 pm Hands-on Application: Continue application of techniques and pressure adjustment to the body
3:40-4 pm BREAK
4-5:20 pm Hands-on Bodywork: Students switch table time and repeat the applications taught before break
5:20-5:40 pm BREAK
5:40-6 pm Wrap-up and Questions
