Day 2- Upper and Lower Body (8CE hours)
Class: Upper Body 4 hours
Class Outline: The Upper Body Course dives deeper into specific cupping applications of the upper body. This class reviews upper body anatomy, lymphatic pathways and contraindications for cupping, along with common upper body conditions and dysfunctions. Students will perform hands-on application of cups for conditions involving the thoracic region, posterior and anterior shoulder, elbow joint, forearm, and hand.

9-9:40am Discussion: Upper body conditions and dysfunctions. Review lymphatic pathways and contraindications.
9:40-9:50 am BREAK
9:50-11:10 am Demo with Hands-on Application: Thoracic region, Intercostals, Traps, Shoulder, Elbow, Forearm, and Hand
11:10-11:30 am BREAK
11:30-12:50 am Hands-on Bodywork: Students switch table time and repeat the applications taught before break
12:50-1pm Wrap-up, clean-up, review, and answer questions
1-2 pm Break for Lunch
Class: Lower Body 4 hours
Class Outline: The Lower Body Course dives deeper into specific cupping applications of the lower body. This class reviews lower body anatomy, lymphatic pathways and contraindications for cupping, along with common lower body conditions and dysfunctions. Students will perform hands-on application of cups for conditions involving hips, quadriceps, hamstrings, lower leg, and foot.

2:50- 4:10 pm Demo and Hands-on Application: Posterior hip, six deep rotators, quads, hamstrings, IT Band, lower leg, and foot

4:30-5:50 pm Hands-on Bodywork: Students switch table time and repeat the applications taught before break
5:50-6 pm Wrap-up, clean-up, review, and answer questions
