You will leave with your business goals for the next 3 months, 6 months, year & 3 years hence, defining & targeting your marketing, setting your agenda, moving you from a standstill to success.


Get solid in which of the multiplicity of marketing methods will work for you.


Decide upon, Choose or Create your Signature Product or Service.


Get your Financial House in Order: Know what & who do you need to have in place to succeed.


Through detailed questions, journaling, brainstorming, group & trio sharing & critiquing you will define EXACTLY where you are going & the best path forward from where you are now.

Come prepared to follow your Passion to your Ideal Clients.

A pre-class questionnaire, filled out prior to the class, will allow us to make the most of our time together. We will be sharing, brainstorming with, & assisting each other so that All Boats Rise by the end of the day. Planning time to fill out the questionnaire prior to class is essential to maximizing the benefit available to you!


Lecture: Each of the Learning Objectives below will be clarified, student questions addressed, followed by a period of reflection & journaling as each Objective is addressed in turn. 


Small & Large Group Discussion will be utilized to brainstorm ideas, winnow down options, refine definitions & Avatars, decide upon marketing methods that will work best for each student.


Group Discussion: Brainstorming to spark your Ideas, comradery that supports your Dreams, Reality Checks to keep your Actions Grounded in the possible.


Breakout Sessions: (Trios) Specific time for drilling down to bedrock of what you are most PASSIONATE about providing & who EXACTLY your IDEAL CLIENT is.


Hands-on: Time is built in to address additional clarifying questions for each section of the pre-class questionnaire

  1. Understand & Define your Target Audience & create an Avatar to represent that audience.
  2. Set Business Goals for the next 3, 6, 12, & 36 months
  3. Define which marketing techniques will work best for your business based on your products, services, experiences, level of expertise with technology.
  4. Understand the principles behind marketing targeted to your specific Client Avatar.
  5. Define your Signature product or Service & the ideal Avatar for it.
  6. Understand the importance of branding & the first 5 steps to take to successfully brand yourself or your business.
  7. Know what & who you need to have in place for your business to succeed financially.
